Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email, phone number, and the property, tenancy, lease, payment, and maintenance records you create or that are created about you. We also collect limited technical information (for example, IP address and device data) to operate and secure the Service.

We use personal information to provide the Service: generating leases and notices, tracking rent, reconciling payments, delivering notifications, and maintaining an audit trail of money, document, notice, and data-access events. We do not sell your personal information.

We collect, use, and disclose personal information with your consent, except where otherwise permitted or required by law. You may withdraw consent subject to legal and contractual restrictions, though doing so may limit your ability to use parts of the Service.

We apply safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. Sensitive fields are encrypted at rest, access follows least-privilege principles, and access to money, documents, notices, and personal data is logged. Bank connections are read-only and we never store your banking credentials.

We share information with service providers who help us operate the Service — for example, payment processors, bank-data aggregators for read-only reconciliation, email/SMS delivery, and cloud hosting. These providers are bound to use the information only to provide services to us.

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, export your data, or request deletion of your account and associated personal information, subject to legal retention requirements. Data export and deletion are available from your account settings or by contacting us.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described here or as required by law (for example, records that must be kept for tax or tenancy-dispute purposes).
