Lease and notice automation covers Ontario, British Columbia, Quebec, and Alberta today, with the remaining provinces and territories rolling out. Provincial rules — guideline rates, notice periods, and mandatory forms — are stored in a versioned config so they stay current.
We populate the official provincial form where one is mandatory (e.g. the Ontario Standard Lease, Form 2229E). Pre-printed sections are locked and read-only; your custom terms go only in the designated additional-terms section. Alberta, which has no mandatory form, uses a lawyer-reviewable template.

Leases are signed in-app by all parties. Each signature is captured with a timestamp, IP address, and audit hash, producing a tamper-evident signing record for everyone involved.
Yes. Plans are month-to-month (or annual if you choose two-months-free billing), and you can cancel or downgrade whenever you like. Your document vault and rental history remain exportable.
